Wow - last week was one of my best ever! It started with two days in studio recording "Forever In Me", "Careless" and "Would You Still Love Me" for the soundtrack for Oil On Water which was great. I then went on to give three talks at two Business Network Breakfasts and the Rotary Club in Constantia, about The Lucky Packet Project and the difference it is making for POWA and Live Your Dreams.
Those talks results in over 40 new Future Owners joining my journey to create this album and I can't tell you how supported I feel! My talk and singing Shine at Rotary Club earned me a standing ovation, which one of the members told me afterwards had not happened in the last five years she has been attending. I also sent out a long over due newsletter to my Future Owners which lead to about 20 new Future Owners signing up online to order their 
copies. AND, if that wasn't enough, my show at Kirstenbosch last night was sold out by thursday afternoon and we played to the most awesome audience which resulted in a further 30 new people joining my journey.
Some of last weeks new Future Owners - including one of my youngest - Storm Birch #1146. And all the way from Bermuda - Christine Da Costa #1206 with her boyfriend Gareth who is #17!
So - 90 CD's sold in one week - including Future Owners from as far afield as Australia & Bermuda! Not bad if you consider we are selling something that doesn't exist yet, but with support like this I am pretty certain we will be in studio in the next couple of months, and if all goes well Brian O'Shea will be producing!
I can't wait to see what this week holds - I am off to Joburg and Durban to talk and sing for huge groups of people attending Robin Bank's (#1050) Mind Power course and invite them to join the 1230 people already creating my album.
We round the week off with a performance at the official Cape Town Youth Day event at the Civic Center on Sat 16 June at 12h00 for The Chaeli Campaign , followed by a show with Bed On Bricks at The Green Dolphin on Sun 17 June @ 8pm. Shew - see you on the otherside!
