Hi Verity,

You could have knocked me over with a feather when your CD arrived a short while ago. I had forgotten about the contribution I made and certainly did not expect to receive a CD.

Congratulation on your honesty, your integrity, your steadfastness, your determination and your plans. You are a real role model. Keep it up. We need LOTS of people like you.
