Magic in May...

The last few months of shooting League of Glory has been a fantastic experience! The cast and crew have been a pleasure to work with and it is going to be very sad to say goodbye when we wrap next week. I am looking forward to watching the show when it starts flighting on MNET on Wed 5th May at 7.30pm. From what I have seen on set alone, it is going to be a great story to watch unfold, and should definitely launch some bright new stars on the SA acting scene. Siv Ngesi and Charlie Keegan are the guys I am keen to see on screen - really lovely young actors and sure to take SA by storm. So - that takes care of Wednesdays for the next few months - cant wait!!!

   

100 Ideas...

I was thrilled a few months ago when I was contacted by a UK based company and told that they wanted to include my story of pre-funding my album in a HSBC booklet called '100 Ideas'. I have just received a copy, and my story is #25 and it it being distributed in The Times newspaper to thousands of readers!

  

White Dove (a poem from a friend)...

In the cool emptiness of bereavement, long after the owl called her name, emptiness fills you like an ice desert, and pointlessness touches the tip of every tick and tock of the clock. On your shores swims loneliness, big waves of dispair drench, breathless your heart aches and cramps, aches and cramps. Ebb and flow, ebb and flow. Life comes life goes ...   

But be still my friend and listen. Hear the wings of the White Dove fluttering at the window of your soul. Look carefully, inside you, turn your beautiful eyes inward. Now you can  Look and listen to the rhythm and the beat and feel the pulse of the heat from your broken heart. Hear it? .. there is someone tapping at the window to your soul and the door to your heart, the White Dove is calling out to you.   

In the early dawn, go back to your shores, for someone is coming. 

Feel the sun bring the White Dove on magnificent rays of gold!!
Throw open your windows and doors!! Let the light of her love flood in,
for she has not passed away.... she is waiting to pass within you, forever within you.
